Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering 8 years' experience in an engineering role, preferably aerospace manufacturing Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, models, and technical specifications Understanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices and their effect on aircraft performance Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot production issues Knowledge of MRB processes and non-conformance management Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, regulations, and quality systems preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
