Daily Routine: Lead morning hazard briefings and deliver daily Toolbox Talks. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s safety representatives to ensure continuous site access. Administrative Discipline: Manage all digital documentation (JHA/PTPs) via a mobile application. Responsible for both start-of-shift and end-of-shift reporting. Safety Authority: Exercise full "Stop Work Authority" to correct unsafe acts or remove damaged equipment (e.g., ladders/tools) according to company policy. Qualifications OSHA 30 (Minimum Required). (OSHA 500 is not required for this level). Certifications: Current certifications in Confined Space, Aerial Lift, Fall Protection, and Competent Person status. Character: High-level professionalism and punctuality are mandatory. We seek individuals who lead by example and set a positive, contagious tone for the field crews. Physicality: Must be capable of walking multiple miles daily and working in rigorous, fast-paced industrial environments.
