Temporary Executive Assistant
Our client, a biotechnology company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple C‑level executives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a 2‑month contract role (with potential to extend), offering $44-$46/hour, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM hours, and a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday onsite; Wednesday and Friday remote) in Boston, MA. The organization operates within the life sciences space and is known for its innovative, research‑driven work. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑level executive support to multiple C‑suite and senior leaders Manage complex, proactive calendar scheduling and meeting coordination Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner Support meeting preparation, agendas, materials, and follow‑up action items Maintain confidentiality agreements and related documentation Assist with special projects, research, and executive initiatives as needed Serve as backup support to senior executive assistants when required Candidate Qualifications 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior and C‑level executives Prior experience within the biotech or life sciences industry Strong expertise in calendar, travel, and expense management across time zones Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional communication skills and executive presence Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
