Plan review of minor projects for residential and commercial building, alterations, remodels, and additions. Performs field inspections on all phases of residential and commercial construction. Issues Certificates of Occupancy for completed projects. Create and maintain reports, plan review files and inspection logs for all building projects. Maintain clients permitting database. Perform all work consistent with BPR’s and Clients policies and procedures. Provide all services in an efficient, proactive, and client focused manner.
