NICU orientation is thorough and mentorship is well supported as work in the NICU emphasizes a collaborative, collegial team approach. After 2 years, NICU RNs will train to become part of a Health Net Transfer Team responsible for the transport of infants throughout all of VT and upstate NY requiring NICU care.
