Essential Functions Act as the Area Manager’s 2, supporting daily operations and stepping in to manage activities in the manager’s absence. Provide direct support to CDL drivers, including route assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring service completion. Resolve service cases promptly, including customer complaints, missed service, and operational disruptions. Communicate between drivers and other departments to ensure operational alignment. Support fleet service activities; familiarity with electric pallet jacks and PTO systems required.
