As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives. About the Role We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to join the Strategic Accounts team in Seattle. This role is focused on deepening and expanding relationships within a defined portfolio of existing enterprise clients, driving new SOW-based IT consulting engagements across digital transformation initiatives. While new logo opportunities are welcome and encouraged, this executive will typically maintain a concentrated focus on one or more significant client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of commercial accountability. This is a solutions-selling role — not staffing. You will pursue and close outcome-based Statements of Work spanning system implementation, data and AI/ML, infrastructure and cloud, product and system development, cybersecurity and governance, and workplace modernization. Key Responsibilities Account Strategy & Business Development Own the commercial relationship and growth strategy within a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Identify expansion opportunities by translating client business priorities, technology roadmaps, and execution challenges into qualified consulting pursuits. Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-level, VP-level, and line-of-business stakeholders — engaging business owners, not just IT procurement. Research accounts continuously — earnings calls, press releases, org changes, technology announcements — and use those signals to drive proactive outreach and proposal development. Participate in client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and adapt account and delivery plans accordingly. Deal Execution & SOW Management Lead end-to-end pursuit of consulting SOWs and outcome-based engagements from initial discovery through signed agreement. Run discovery conversations that diagnose business challenges and technology gaps — translating those needs into structured, milestone-based proposals. Develop and present proposals packaged as outcomes: defined scope, team structure, timeline, deliverables, and success metrics. Negotiate commercial terms, scope, and acceptance criteria; ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery commitments. Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams across Delivery, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders to accelerate deal cycles. Client Partnership & Delivery Alignment Serve as the internal voice of the client — bringing market intelligence, account context, and feedback to delivery and leadership teams. Collaborate with Delivery leads to ensure proposals reflect realistic, scalable, and risk-mitigated delivery approaches. Own the client relationship through and beyond delivery — aligning work to measurable outcomes and using each engagement as the foundation for the next opportunity. Pipeline & Reporting Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM; report forecast, win/loss, and engagement metrics consistently. Track KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rate, average deal size, and outcome attainment against agreed client SLAs. Qualifications Required 7 years of experience in technology consulting sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise account management, with a demonstrated focus on SOW or outcome-based engagements. Proven track record growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts through consulting or professional services. Strong technical fluency across software development, data & AI, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity — sufficient to hold credible conversations with VP-level technology leaders. Demonstrated ability to engage and build trust with C-suite and senior business stakeholders, not just IT or procurement contacts. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills. Disciplined approach to account research, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene. Ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment while effectively leading distributed pursuit and delivery teams. Willingness to travel for client meetings, QBRs, and industry events as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree or equivalent experience a plus. Preferred Experience selling digital transformation or managed IT consulting services at enterprises with $500M in revenue. Existing senior relationships within target verticals (financial services, technology). Exposure to AI, cloud migration, or large-scale system implementation programs from the client or consulting side. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a demonstrated outbound engagement motion. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Uncapped performance-based commission tied to Gross Profit earnings. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k) retirement savings plan. Generous PTO and paid holidays.
