Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and basic software issues Repair or replace components on servers and electronic equipment Disassemble and reassemble units following detailed work instructions Test and verify product functionality to ensure quality standards are met Accurately document repairs and enter data into internal systems Identify and report recurring issues to engineering and quality teams Inspect products for accuracy, labeling, and defects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6 months to 1 year of technical repair experience required Experience with debugging or testing electro-mechanical equipment is a plus A Certification is a plus Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows environment) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods Comfortable working on a production floor environment What We Offer Full-time, stable schedule Opportunity for growth and advancement Hands-on technical experience in a high-demand field Location La Vergne, TN (Onsite)
