Analyze KPIs and plant initiatives to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. Collaborate with commercial business leaders to challenge, validate, and align revenue expectations. Simplify budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Clearly communicate financial and non-financial performance indicators. Identify key business drivers and articulate their financial impact. Act as a financial consultant to develop and track improvement and cost-takeout action plans. Strategic Planning & CAPEX Partner with site leadership on long-range capital planning and investment decisions. Support evaluation of large capital projects and post-investment performance. Develop an understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses to support strategic positioning. Internal Controls & Compliance Oversee internal controls, remediation activities, and audit readiness. Ensure decision-making aligns with established authority levels and company policies. Safeguard site assets and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Balance value creation with effective control and governance. Drive process optimization through IT tools, system improvements, and best practices. Profitability & Cost Analysis Perform customer and product profitability analysis. Identify margin erosion drivers and facilitate discussions on pricing, volume, and operational improvements.

IT Project/Program Manager(Software Development projects)

Typical task breakdown: - The program manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free. The principal responsibility of the Program Manager is to manage the planning and execution of various project deliverables. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall program plan (highlighting dependencies between various projects under the same program) and budget. - The Program Manager will: o Use knowledge of cloud based Platforms and digital processes and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of projects. o Manage multiple projects concurrently. o Demonstrate advanced knowledge of CLIENT Inc.; its products and services; its internal systems, processes, and procedures; and its relevant external influences (competitors, laws and regulations, market conditions, etc.) to meet or exceed customer expectations. o Serve as the principal communicator with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status. o Identify and manage risks and issues o Define program scope with program success indicators to reap benefits of the program within a defined timeframe. o Use Agile or Waterfall program management methodology as relevant to the program execution. Follow latest industry execution practices and processes (e.g, DevOps, Continuous Integration o Continuous Delivery) for highest velocity and innovation. Prioritize program requirements working with Product Owner or other o stakeholders. o Write communication plan and stakeholder management plan for the program. Develop stakeholder register, analyze positive and negative stakeholders, and manage the expectation of stakeholders across the program. o Provide regularly update to Business stakeholders and consumers of program deliverables. o Create and manage dependencies across all active projects. Collaborate across the program to leverage diverse thoughts and ideas. o Log and review program risks with stakeholders and take timely action to mitigate or eliminate risks. o Evaluate team members of the program organization and look to add required resources or train resources to improve IT skills for the benefit of the digital program. o Mentor project managers for success delivery of the program. o Create rough order of magnitude of program budget, track actuals, and do quarterly forecast of spend throughout the life of the program. o Radiate program status using a visual tool. Document all program related artifacts including lessons learned, on an easily accessible and shared environment. o Be an advocate of the digital program and market it for a successful adoption. Interaction with team: - Working with global teams Education & Experience Required: (Required) - 4 year degree required - Information systems, computer science or related field plus 8 years professional exp - Master’s degree with 5 years exp also acceptable - Experience working with large programs or enterprise organizations (Desired) - Familiarity and prior experience with leading cross-organizational system testing teams Technical Skills: (Required) - 5 years exp with Agile Project management - Technical education/ background in developmental engineering management. - Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps - Experience managing software development projects/programs focused on programs in large matrix organizations. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the CPTS Program Manager, or designee, the Peer Support Specialist will be responsible for the development and on-going provision of peer support services within the project. This position will also provide a consumer perspective and consultation on program implementation. Peer support services are distinct from case management, behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services and provide opportunities for sharing of information and resources, with the goal of promoting self-advocacy and facilitating the development of support networks by and for persons living with HIV and HCV and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate the development of recovery skills among assigned patients with mental health and substance use concerns as a member of the treatment team. Serve as a mentor/role model demonstrating competency in recovery, effective coping skills and self-help strategies. Serve as a patient advocate, education, and provide crisis intervention support for participants during emergencies in conjunction with the CPTS Program Manager Support the medical case manager in developing a comprehensive treatment plan for patients Conduct HIV and HCV rapid testing and link patients to follow up testing and treatment as necessary Provide basic HIV and HCV information to patients enrolled in the Project and supports individuals newly diagnosed with HIV and HCV in engaging in ongoing primary medical care, medication adherence, and viral load suppression Assist with teaching independent living skills, make referrals to programs for instruction on life skills, livelihood skills and workplace readiness skills necessary for successful reintegration into family life, the work force and the community. Actively participate with other health professionals in the development of policies and procedures, committees and groups as assigned. Provide guidance, consultation, and lend insight to program development and administration from the perspective of a consumer. Participate in the Consumer Advisory Board OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Understands and effectively communicates HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance and client confidentiality. Ensures and/or remains in compliance with local, state, and federal regulation, i.e. NCQA, Ryan White programs, NYS Department of Health. Adheres to the National Patient Safety Goals as defined by Joint Commission and Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Services. Demonstrates excellence in both internal and external customer service. Completes other duties as assigned Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires an AA degree in a human services related field; or completion of the peer training program such as the Leadership Training Institute and at least two years of paid or volunteer work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, serious substance use disorders, or diagnosis of HIV and HCV; Must be a current or past participant of behavioral health, substance use, co-occurring behavioral health services or HIV/HCV treatment program(s). Must have basic computer skills and good telephone skills.
