Coupling and uncoupling of heavy-duty trucks (tractors) to the correct trailer as determined by assigned driver, and specific route. If the driver’s tractor is down for service, it is the responsibility of the associate to ensure the correct substitute unit is coupled to the correct trailer. Management of moving loaded trailers to the correct staging area. Management of providing the correct, empty trailer to the loading dock in a timely manner, so as not to impede the workflow of the internal warehouse team. All associates are required to wash and detail a minimum of 15 units per week.
