Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited professional registered nursing program Current and valid Texas RN license Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association 3 years of Behavioral Health and Nursing experience Computer experience Proven solid interpersonal skills are required to develop a therapeutic relationship/milieu to support the treatment plan Proven ability to triage and handle psychiatric emergencies Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population for the assigned clinical area Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support 2 years of experience in ambulatory care setting Windows based computer skills and EMR experience EPIC experience Good knowledge of Behavioral Health diagnostic tests and medicines used in the treatment of Behavioral Health disorders Proven ability to coordinate patient care across various sub specialties and with affiliate providers Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
