Compensation: $20.00 per hour W2. Job Description: The Ordering Coordinator is responsible for submitting, processing, and completing various wireless device and service orders across multiple web- and email-based platforms and adhering to client and client service level agreements (SLAs). The Ordering Coordinator works as part of the Ordering Team and will be assigned to several primary clients to manage and operate in backup capacities for other team members as needed. This role requires a high level of attentiveness, adaptability, and willingness to communicate frequently and effectively through different channels, such as email, instant messaging (IM), and telephone.
