This team of forward–thinking individuals will be tasked with deploying technology and infrastructure and influencing the organization to achieve the company’s reliability goals. The team is responsible for implementing programs required to modernize the electric grid allowing for safe, resilient and efficient operations. The team participates in a cross functional team of internal and consulting participants being tasked with leading the transition of a project from development and testing to being operational for each phase of each project. Position Summary Within the System Performance, Reliability and Resiliency Strategy team, this position reports to the Senior Manager of Reliability Analytics and is responsible for developing advanced data science models and industry-leading anomaly detection techniques to identify potential failures and enhance the reliability of the electric transmission and distribution grid. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing scripts, programs, models, algorithms, and processes using structured and unstructured data from diverse sources and of varying sizes. The goal is to generate defensible, valid, scalable, reproducible, and well-documented machine learning and artificial intelligence models (predictive or optimization) to support problem-solving and strategic decision-making. The role also involves active participation in internal and external communities of practice in data science, AI, and machine learning to stay current and contribute to advancements in the field. Additionally, the candidate will help educate non-technical stakeholders on the benefits, limitations, and maturity of data science solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will be uniquely positioned at the forefront of utility industry analytics. Working as part of cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, technologists, and subject matter experts – this individual will lead the development of data science capabilities that could lead to paradigm changes in how the utility operates. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. Bay Area - $126,000 - 179,300 &/OR California: $120,000 - 170,500 Job Responsibilities Lead research and development of state-of-the-art methodologies to detect potential system failures and improve the reliability of the electric transmission and distribution grid. Applies data science/ machine learning /artificial intelligence methods to develop scalable, defensible and reproducible models, Serves as the technical lead for the development of predictive/reliability analytics models. Develops python codes for data processing and data science model developments (e.g., ML/AI models, advanced statistical models) Documents datasets, modeling processes, and result to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and defensibility. Contribute to the development of data science strategies aligned with system performance, reliability, and resiliency team goals. Communicate technical concepts and model results to internal/external stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Physics, Econometrics or Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Statistics, or equivalent field 4 years in data science OR 2 years, if possess Master’s Degree, as described above Desired: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Transportation Engineering, Physics, Applied Sciences, Statistics, or a related field. Relevant industry (electric or gas utility, renewable energy, analytics consulting, etc.) experience Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI). Certified Pharmacy Technician

In accordance with state and federal regulations, assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy. Assists the pharmacist in the performance of other Pharmacy Department duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. If PTCB certified, assists with and coaches pharmacy technicians in the operation of pharmacy systems and cashiers in the operation of the pharmacy cash registers. Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager. Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs. May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers. Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities. Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance. Position Summary PG&E is seeking an experienced business professional to be a member of the Electric Incident Investigations (EII) Team as an Incident Investigator, Expert. The EII team is responsible for reporting Electric Incidents (EIRs) to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), investigating EIRs and areas of compliance risk to determine the cause and any corrective or preventive measures to mitigate reoccurrence. This role will have a high level of visibility with PG&E leadership and will support one or many aspects of EII’s scope. Location of this position is flexible within PG&E service territory and will require occasional travel to other areas around PG&E’s service territory. Prepare and submit summary of investigation (20-day report) and Apparent Cause Evaluations (ACEs), including identifying corrective actions and gaining consensus with senior and executive leadership to mitigate risk. Identifies and summarizes compliance risk concerns, including forecasting potential Notices of Violation (NOVs) from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Prepares and submits responses to NOVs received by the CPUC. Investigates concerns of medium to high risk to PG&E, including working with PG&Es Legal team. Prepares and presents summary of findings and risk to PG&E to senior and executive leaders. Designs data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, write clear and concise data findings and tailor communications to specific audiences. Manages very complex investigations and data extracts/analysis, ensuring data accuracy. Manages extracting data and transferring the data from databases to various analysts to support operational analysis efforts. CET manages a $0.5B portfolio of transportation electrification (TE) programs to address one of the largest contributors to climate change. We serve PG&E’s customers by deploying electric vehicle programs to increase access to charging infrastructure and reduce total cost of electric vehicle ownership, while educating our customers and pursuing innovative strategies to unlock additional benefits to EV drivers and the grid. Position Summary The CET team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Residential EV Charging program. The main goal of the program is to make it easier for income-qualified customers to charge their EVs at home through incentives for panel upgrades and circuit extensions. Additionally, the program aims to provide pathways for customers to install EV charging at their homes while avoiding the need for electrical upgrades. The program connects customers to a list of qualified Trade Allies and provides rebates directly to those partners to allow for a reduction in out-of-pocket costs for the customer upon installation. The successful candidate will also ensure that the key objectives of PG&E’s residential electrification customer experience are integrated into the design and execution of this program. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the program development and implementation, including developing workflows, creating timelines, managing budgets, tracking metrics and progress toward program goals Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders Manage contracts to meet goals and stay on budget Handle regulatory compliance and reporting, including regulatory reporting to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) or the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Make recommendations and develop processes to ensure a positive customer experience The ideal candidate has a strong background in program and project management within regulated environments (e.g. CPUC, CARB), excels at problem solving, and can communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences. As this program focuses on overcoming barriers to EV adoption, the candidate should be eager to tackle undefined challenges, collaborate effectively, and apply curiosity and data driven methods to program development. Experience with transportation electrification, electric vehicles, EVSE installation and construction projects is highly preferred. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. Preferred work location is Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the range. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. The Opportunity: The Client Operations Analyst works directly with our Asset Management Sales and Client Service Relationship Managers, international institutional clients and consultants, international custodians, and various internal groups to on-board and maintain accounts for international institutional investors.
