Monitor work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules, maintaining consistent communication with the Project Manager and General Superintendent. Supervise and manage field crews ranging from approximately 5 to 25 personnel, including operators and laborers. Support the Project Manager with material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation. Ensure all personnel on site understand and adhere to company and project-specific safety policies and regulations.
