Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Multi Modality Radiologic Technician, you will help radiologists provide and coordinate high-quality patient care so they can achieve accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes, aligning with CHI St. Alexius Health's mission and philosophy. Every day you will perform a wide range of radiographic and CT procedures, ensuring technical precision and patient safety. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence. Assist patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and other medical diagnoses. Perform home visits while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and recovery. Observe patient progress, conduct assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Modify treatment interventions as directed to help patients achieve their established goals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, fall prevention, mobility strategies, and self-care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary home health team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, Virginia regulations, and Interim HealthCare standards.
