Product Manager, Enterprise (New York)

About The Role Overall You Will: Make Dia Enterprise‑ready: lead discovery on customer needs, stand up an autonomous team to ship new enterprise surfaces (admin, policy, access controls), operationalize pilots and rollouts, partner with Security and Legal to ensure our posture meets customer expectations without sacrificing craft. Drive enterprise growth by partnering with Atlassian GTM (acting as our named point of contact for Sales, Marketing and CSM) and by landing lighthouse customers where Dia already has density. Create tight loops between Enterprise users and the core product team to turn signals into shippable improvements and measurable activation and expansion. Qualifications 5 years professional experience in Product Management with Enterprise SaaS, security and compliance exposure. Standout communicator and relationship‑builder. You enjoy meeting new people and creating compelling stories. You have an eye for craft and can contribute to shipping high‑craft user experiences.
