Otolaryngologist (ENT) - Medical Director - Saranac Lake, NY Schedule: Full-Time, Hospital Employed Compensation: $350,000 Äì $400,000 guaranteed base salary, plus productivity, quality, and sign-on bonus (negotiable) Medical Director stipend available Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in a dual-role capacity as both a clinical ENT Physician and Medical Director. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead and shape ENT services for a growing, mission-driven regional health system nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains.As Medical Director, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership for the ENT department, working collaboratively with administration, surgical teams, and multidisciplinary specialists to expand access to high-quality ear, nose, and throat care across the Tri-Lakes region. This position combines meaningful clinical practice with the professional satisfaction of departmental leadership and community impact.
