This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, event planning, office administration, employee engagement, culture building, and HR projects. The HR Coordinator will also provide crucial administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment. Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist with all aspects of the recruitment process, from posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, to facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Plan, organize, and execute company events and team-building activities to foster a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement. Manage various HR projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management, scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and handling confidential information with discretion. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are in compliance with legal requirements. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Manage office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating repairs. Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Office Coordinator, HR Assistant, Human Resource Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, HR Generalist, Talent Coordinator, or People Operations Assistant. Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, event planning, office administration, employee engagement, culture building, and HR projects. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the legal industry is a plus. Ability to work on-site. Interested in hearing more?
