Preferred Qualifications for the Benefits Administrator Role: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Required); advanced degree (MBA, MHRM) is a plus. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred; CEBS certification is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration; public sector or education experience highly desirable.
