SMITs are expected to work five (5) days / forty (40) hours a week and adhere to the guidelines below: SMITs of mall and strip center stores must work at least two nights during the week until closing, one weekend night and one other night. Strip center SMITs must also work a full shift on Saturdays. Mall SMITs are expected to work peak business days including weekends (Saturday & Sunday). SMITs are expected to work a minimum of one full Sunday per month. SMITs of downtown stores must also work during the lunch hour of 11am to 2pm Monday through Friday. Downtown SMITs must also work one night per week until closing if the store is open in the evening. SMITs of downtown stores are not required to work Saturdays.
