Job Summary: An MRI Tech I is responsible for performing complex MRI exams on varying strength magnets using powerful magnetic fields combined with radiofrequency waves. The MRI Technologist must adapt to changes in technology, new imaging techniques, safe and effective imaging practices for patients with and without medical implants. These implants include pacemakers, nerve stimulation devices and electronic pumps that can cause severe injury and or death within the MRI environment. This position requires independent judgement, a comprehensive knowledge of MRI physics, biological effects to human tissue, medical implants and the ability to enforce MRI safety. The candidate must possess inherent compassion for patients with claustrophobia and provide mechanisms to assist the patient in overcoming their discomfort. The Technologist operates under the general supervision of the Radiologist and the MRI Supervisor.Education: Graduate from school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT. Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARMRIT, or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), ARRT MRI Certification preferred.Experience: Two years of Radiology imaging experience, cross sectional imaging and/or computer assisted imaging preferred. Knowledge/Special Skills: For staff holding an ARRT license (not in MRI), Advanced MRI specific certification by ARRT is required within 2 years of hire within the MRI department. JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking experienced CT/Rad Tech with excellent customer service skills. The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing routine, trauma, intraoperative, radiological imaging. In addition to competitive pay, this position is eligible for the following differentials: Evening $3/hour Weekend $2/hour (in addition to any applicable Evening or Night differentials) JOB QUALIFICATIONS Satisfactory completion of a formal radiological technology program in a CAHEA approved school and certification by the ARRT or its equivalent. Current Vermont unrestricted State license to practice radiologic technology. Demonstrated competence as a licensed professional by maintaining professional growth and development to keep abreast in Radiology Tech field. Maintains certification in Tech’s special modality. CT certification required, Mammography certification strongly preferred. SHIFTS/HOURS The anticipated schedule includes 7a-7p every Saturday and Sunday. The remaining twenty-four hours for the biweekly schedule can include eight-, ten-, or twelve-hour shifts typically scheduled for start times between 7am-12pm. Specific schedule preferences and department needs can be discussed in an interview. Participation in a weekday evening/night call rotation may be necessary. Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial close. 2. Oversee the maintenance of investor capital accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. 3. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax filings and reporting requirements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting management role, preferably in the Mortgage industry. 4. Proven experience with fund accounting, fund management, asset management, and maintaining investor capital accounts. 5. Strong knowledge of foreign exchange entries and financial close procedures. 6. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. 7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. 8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly. 9. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
