Communicates regularly with candidates, Human Resources, and management on clearance status. Conducts annual TB surveillance and Respirator Fit Testing (RFT) for team members flagged in the system. Responsible for intake calls for blood and body fluid exposures, that involves triage, ordering labs, charting in medical record, creates follow up appointments and provides additional education to team members. Screens team members for symptoms following a communicable disease illness. Evaluates physician?s notes and/or discharge summaries to verify restrictions, if any are clearly stated, and assess if they align with the job duties.
