Responsibilities Human Resources Director Compass Intervention Center is seeking a Human Resources Director . The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing overall human resources generalist support for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, facilitating general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, facilitating employee benefits enrollment, providing guidance and support to supervisors with respect to employee performance management; responding to unemployment compensation correspondence, and organizing all employee activities and in-services. Conducts periodic audit of personnel files, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Assists employees with guidance related to benefits enrollment and the annual open enrollment process. Ensures that licensures for licensed-required positions are verified through primary source verification process upon hire and at renewal dates. Provides consultation and training to facility management regarding employee relations issues, counseling and termination procedures as required.
