Assist with troubleshooting plant controls, conveyors, silos, bins, scales, valves, mixers, and other production equipment. Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and computerized batch control systems is preferred. Ability to read and interpret mix designs, batch tickets, production schedules, and written instructions. Basic computer proficiency, including production software and data entry. Strong mathematical skills, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and unit conversions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician certification is preferred but not required. Valid CDL is a plus but not required. Previous lead operator or supervisory experience is a plus. Assists in achievement of sales revenue by customer contact, relationship building, referral source management, technical, and interpersonal skills. The Client Sales Specialist helps gauge and enhance client satisfaction and ensures adherence to operating procedures. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for data integrity, including accuracy of client data within source systems.
