Essential Functions Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
