Exterior Maintenance & Sweeping Specialist

Job Description Job Description At Fresh & Finished Cleaning , we don’t just "clean lots." We protect the first impression of every business we serve. When a customer pulls into a shopping center or an office complex, you are the reason they feel safe, welcomed, and impressed. We are looking for an Exterior Maintenance & Sweeping Specialist who takes immense pride in their work. If you are someone who gets a hit of dopamine from seeing a trashed parking lot turn into a spotless masterpiece, you are our ideal candidate. The "Why": What’s In It For You? We know you have choices. Here is why our team is the last place you’ll ever want to apply: The "Lone Wolf" Advantage: You’ll spend the majority of your shift working solo. If you love putting on your favorite podcast or music and getting into "the zone," this is your dream job. Physical & Mental Health: Skip the gym membership. You’ll stay active, breathe fresh air, and finish your shift with a tangible sense of accomplishment that a desk job can never provide. Top-Tier Equipment: There is nothing more frustrating than broken tools. We invest in high-end power sweepers, industrial blowers, and specialized vehicles to ensure you can do your job effectively and safely. Total Transparency: We have a clear pay structure, clear expectations, and a management team that actually listens when you have an idea to make a route more efficient. The "Safety Net" Culture: We have your back. Whether it’s vehicle maintenance or onsite safety, we prioritize our team’s well-being above all else. Your Daily "Victory Lap" (Responsibilities) This is a comprehensive role for someone who hates cutting corners. Your shift will include: Mechanical Sweeping: Navigating our power sweeping units to clear large debris, sand, and litter from paved surfaces. The "Detail" Phase: Using high-powered blowers to clear "hidden" debris from corners, curb lines, and storefront walkways where machines can’t reach. Landscape Policing: Venturing into the "green zones" to remove wind-blown trash from bushes and flower beds. Facility Care: Emptying trash bollards, replacing liners with precision, and ensuring the "look" of the trash stations is professional. Quality Documentation: Using our simple mobile app to snap "Before & After" photos and reporting property hazards (potholes, burnt-out signage, or vandalism) so we can be a hero to our clients. The Profile of a Champion (Requirements) We hire for attitude and reliability over raw experience. We can teach you the machines, but we can't teach you the "drive." The "Reliability" Standard: You are the person who shows up 5 minutes early, not 5 minutes late. You understand that when you don't show, the city stays dirty. Night/Early Morning Stamina: You thrive on a non-traditional schedule. You enjoy the lack of traffic and the peace of the world at dawn or dusk. The "Owner" Mindset: You treat every property like you own it. You don't leave until it's perfect. Technical Literacy: You’re comfortable using a smartphone for routing and photos, and you have the mechanical "common sense" to perform basic checks on your equipment (oil, fuel, tire pressure). License & Safety: You possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Safety is our 1 priority. Compensation & Perks Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (with scheduled reviews for raises). Efficiency Bonuses: Finish your route early and maintain high quality? We share those gains with you. Referral Program: Know another "Clean Freak"? Get paid to bring them onto the team. Gear Allowance: We provide high-visibility branded apparel and a stipend for high-quality work boots.
