In this role, you will: Master the Bench: Utilize a full suite of high-end electronic equipment—including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters—to test and characterize complex circuits. Solve Complex Puzzles: Dive deep into electronic assemblies to debug, troubleshoot, and repair systems down to the component level. Bridge Design and Reality: Interpret technical design documents and maintain meticulous records to ensure our products meet rigorous DoD and Space-grade standards. Drive Efficiency: Work within a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality tasks on schedule, contributing directly to the success of mission-critical programs. Continuous Improvement: Learn the NuWaves Quality Management System and contribute your own ideas to make our processes faster, leaner, and better. What You Bring to the Table The Technician’s Mindset: 1 to 6 years of experience in RF, the defense industry, or a military communications background. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and RF test equipment. Precision Skills: Strong soldering skills are a major plus (we will help you reach J-STD-001 proficiency within your first 3 months). Mission Focus: A "get it done" attitude with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
