Services are provided for up to 19 anesthetizing locations daily, including acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, and a hospital ambulatory surgery center. The annual anesthesia case volume is approximately 14,300 cases, consisting of ~9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology. OB services include 3,000 births annually. Remote/Minimal 3rd-Backup O.R. Call. The Anesthesia Residency program started in July 2021, with subspecialty training available in cardiac, obstetrics, critical care, acute and chronic pain, and pediatrics.
