Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role in the construction industry. 3. Proven experience supervising accounting staff and managing diverse teams. 4. Strong knowledge of construction accounting software and advanced proficiency in general office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 6.
