This role is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while guiding medical standards, consistency, and clinical direction across the hospital. • Supportive, Experienced Technical & Clinical Team: Join a team committed to excellent patient care, strong client communication, and technical excellence. Support staff collaborate closely with doctors in anesthesia, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, treatments, and workflow efficiency, allowing the Medical Lead to focus on medicine and clinical leadership. • Layout Specifics: Full-service veterinary facility featuring multiple exam rooms, surgical and dental suites, in-house diagnostics and imaging, treatment areas, and workflows designed to support efficient, compassionate care.
