VP - Capital Partnerships, Energy (Northern)

Brookfield Energy, the flagship listed energy platform of Brookfield Asset Management (over $1 trillion AUM), is hiring a VP - Capital Partnerships, Energy based at Brookfield Place, New York. The role sits within Brookfield's energy transition capital-raising effort, working closely with the investment, sustainability, and asset management teams to design and structure investment vehicles and capital programs across Brookfield's Renewable Power and Transition franchise. Key responsibilities include supporting the creation and structuring of new investment products by aligning LP capital allocation with core Energy investment themes; leading research into new sectors and screening opportunities that could seed future investment strategies; and independently structuring, executing, and negotiating equity capital solutions for existing and new fund investments, including co-investments, continuation vehicles, yield-cos, club deals, joint ventures, and minority stake sales. The VP will also collaborate directly with Brookfield's institutional investor base to build strategic investment partnerships, design capital solutions, and raise third-party equity across the platform. Brookfield Energy's portfolio spans hydroelectric, wind, utility-scale solar, distributed generation and storage assets across North America, South America, Europe and Asia, with over 35,000 megawatts of operating capacity and a roughly 200,000-megawatt development pipeline. The portfolio also includes investments in Westinghouse's nuclear services business and carbon capture and storage, agricultural renewable natural gas, and materials recycling assets. Brookfield seeks candidates aligned with its Attributes of a Brookfield Leader: entrepreneurial, collaborative, and disciplined, with exposure to structuring and negotiating capital solutions in a fast-moving, institutionally-backed energy investment platform. AI at SharkNinja At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in. Position Overview This is a leadership role owning quality and product excellence strategy across new product development. This role sits at the intersection of consumer satisfaction, product quality, and commercialization, and carries end-to-end accountability for the 5-star standard — from the earliest stages of development through to launch readiness and in-market performance — across the full NPD portfolio. Product Excellence's mandate is simple: every product SharkNinja ships should earn and sustain 5 stars. Today, that standard is not universally met, and closing the gap requires a leader who will build and direct a team that champions the consumer, challenges the organization, and holds the line on excellence with no compromise. This role requires both a challenger and a connector, operating at senior stakeholder level. You will set the strategic agenda for the consumer voice across the NPD portfolio, direct Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing leadership toward resolution of design and quality risk, and ensure the commercial and operational levers are aligned to deliver High Rate of Sale and consumer satisfaction in home. You will lead a team operating across Engineering, Product Development, and the broader Product Excellence organization — setting the standards for predictive modeling against consumer validation data, lessons learned, and market data, and directing the structured testing, regulatory, and DFMEA processes that underpin every launch. You are accountable for ensuring issues are found before the consumer does, and that every product leaving the NPD pipeline earns its 5 stars across the entire portfolio, not on a program-by-program basis. You report into the VP, Product Integrity, sit on the extended leadership team for Product Excellence, and work in close partnership with Engineering and Product Development leadership across the NPD portfolio. You will manage and develop a team of quality/product excellence managers and analysts, and represent the function in senior cross-functional and executive forums. Key Responsibilities 5-Star NPD Standard — Portfolio Ownership Own and direct the 5-star standard across the entire NPD portfolio — setting the bar, and holding Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing leadership accountable when trajectories fall short. Maintain portfolio-level visibility of quality risk, report status and escalations to executive leadership, and make the call on whether a product is on track to hit the 5-star threshold at launch. Bring a structured, evidence-based perspective to every build review, and drive the organization toward specific, actionable improvements rather than simply flagging issues. Build, mentor, and develop a team of managers/analysts to execute this standard consistently across programs. EB0 and Pre-MP VEGA Hacks — Program Leadership Set the standard for quality input into EB0 build reviews across the portfolio, ensuring product excellence requirements are visible and tracked from the earliest engineering build on every program. Direct and scale Pre-MP VEGA Hacks across the organization — establishing the operating model for structured hack sessions that identify and resolve quality and consumer experience issues before mass production lock. Ensure findings from EB0 and Pre-MP activities are documented, tracked to resolution, and institutionalized into engineering and design process improvements, not just resolved program-by-program. Predictive Modeling for 5-Star Performance — Capability Ownership Own the predictive modeling capability used to forecast in-market rating performance at each build stage, and direct the team building and refining these models across programs. Ensure consumer-validated results are translated into structured, prioritized recommendations for Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing leadership, and drive alignment on what needs to change and why it matters to the consumer. Set the standard for tracking model accuracy over time, and drive continuous improvement of the methodology as new consumer data outcomes become available. Testing Plan, Safety, Regulatory, and Certification Delivery — Cross-Functional Direction Own the connection between NPD programs and safety, regulatory, and certification delivery, ensuring all products meet required standards for every market they will launch in. Partner at a senior level with Engineering, Testing, and external test labs to ensure safety testing is planned, executed, and closed out on time, escalating and resolving issues before they become program blockers, and building organizational capability to prevent recurrence. Pre-TRA Goodness — Quality Governance Own the quality and completeness of DFMEA governance ahead of TRA across the portfolio, ensuring all design failure modes are identified, assessed, and have credible mitigation actions in place before each gate. Set the expectation and hold Engineering leadership accountable for DFMEAs that reflect real-world consumer use, not just theoretical design intent — driving rigor and depth, not box-ticking, across the organization. Establish the tracking and governance process for open DFMEA actions through to closure, ensuring nothing is carried forward into TRA without a clear resolution plan and owner. Who You Are Required 8 years of experience in product quality, product development, or a related engineering or consumer insights function — ideally within consumer electronics or home appliances — including experience leading and developing a team. Deep working knowledge of DFMEA methodology, with a track record of setting and raising DFMEA quality standards across an organization, not just reviewing individual submissions. Strong familiarity with safety testing, regulatory standards, and certification processes across at least one major market (e.g., US, EU, UK), with the judgment to direct decisions at a portfolio level. Analytical and data-literate — experienced working with IHUT data, building structured outputs, and directing others in translating findings into engineering recommendations. Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and executive leadership constructively, with evidence rather than opinion. Structured and organized at scale, with the ability to direct multiple NPD programs simultaneously through a team, without dropping quality rigor on any of them. Demonstrated people leadership experience — hiring, developing, and managing managers and/or individual contributors. Strongly Preferred Experience owning or scaling VEGA hack sessions or equivalent structured pre-production quality events across a portfolio or organization. Experience building, applying, and directing teams that develop predictive quality models from consumer research or IHUT data. Claims development experience, with an understanding of substantiation requirements and the interface between testing, legal, and marketing. Multi-market regulatory knowledge across consumer electronics or home appliance categories. Experience representing a quality or product excellence function in executive-level forums. Head of Applications (Houston)

Are you ready to move your career forward and help shape our company’s and customers’ futures? If you aspire to challenge yourself, work with the best in the industry and join a successful team where you can make a meaningful contribution, then we invite you to join us at Ketjen Corporation, a provider of advanced catalyst solutions to leading producers in the petrochemical, refining, and specialty chemicals industries. Together, we can create a legacy marked by innovation, excitement, and energy. Ketjen is hiring a Head of Applications to lead the ERP and broader application landscape that runs the business. The portfolio includes almost 200 applications across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, quality, EHS, research, legal, and HR. SAP is the core ERP, supported by master data governance, cloud services, and specialized systems for individual functions. Experience in manufacturing is important, with particular value placed on leaders who understand chemical process industries, plant operations, product quality, regulatory requirements, and the way enterprise applications support complex production environments. A key part of this role is building the business relationship manager model from the ground up. Ketjen does not yet have a formal structure connecting business functions to the applications team. This Head will shape the BRM team using a mix of internal talent and selective new hires, with each BRM aligned to a function and serving as the trusted link between business users and the team that builds and supports their systems. REPORTING AND KEY RELATIONSHIPS This role reports into the Chief Information Officer and works closely with the Head of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity; the Head of Analytics and AI; finance, supply chain, commercial, R&D, quality, EHS, legal, and HR leaders; and SAP, application vendors, and implementation partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Relationship Management Identify, select, recruit, and lead business relationship managers, drawing from internal talent where strong business knowledge exists and adding new hires where additional capability or coverage is needed. Set the operating model for how business relationship managers gather requirements, manage demand, and prioritize competing requests across finance, supply chain, commercial, and other functions. Make sure every major business function has a clear channel into IT and understands who owns its systems. ERP Strategy and Roadmap Own the SAP roadmap end to end, including core ERP modules, master data governance, and the cloud platform and planning services that support it. Prioritize enhancement requests, upgrades, and new capability against real business value and the realities of a lean standalone team. Partner with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing leaders to make sure the ERP evolves with the business rather than around it, including the needs of plant operations, production planning, quality, EHS, and process manufacturing workflows. Application Portfolio Management Evaluate the current application landscape end to end, spanning finance and accounting, supply chain and logistics, commercial, quality and EHS, R&D and lab systems, legal, and HR, and build a full inventory of what exists, who owns it, and what it costs. Rationalize the portfolio by identifying redundant tools, systems that no longer fit the business, and gaps that need to be filled. Own the integration layer that connects these systems to each other and to the core ERP. Maintain master data standards and ownership across functions so the same customer, vendor, or material means the same thing everywhere. Separation Close-Out Finish remaining application contract and licensing items tied to the Albemarle separation, expected to close out over the next few months. Confirm data ownership and access are fully settled for any application that moved off shared infrastructure with the former parent. Vendor and Contract Management Manage relationships with SAP, implementation partners, and other software vendors that support the business. Lead application strategy and vendor direction for key application contracts, working with Procurement to negotiate commercial terms and decide which relationships to consolidate, renegotiate, or exit. Evaluate and transition day-to-day application support, especially tier 2 and tier 3 SAP support, to an application managed services partner so the internal team can stay focused on roadmap and business relationships. Work with the CIO to define the application managed services partner landscape, including which services partners should deliver and how they fit into Ketjen's broader IT operating model. Partner with the IT governance lead to define processes for managing partner relationships, service performance, issue escalation, and SLA reporting. Build a disciplined intake and approval process so new application requests get evaluated against the existing portfolio before anything new gets purchased. Team and Delivery Build the applications team structure, including business relationship managers from the current organization and selective external hiring, functional analysts, and any developers or configuration specialists needed in-house. Set delivery standards for testing, change management, and user adoption so releases go smoothly. Own the applications budget and report on cost, delivery, and adoption in terms the business understands. EXPERIENCE Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field. At least 10 years in enterprise applications leadership, including direct experience with SAP or a comparable ERP. Experience building or running a business relationship manager or IT business partner model. A track record of managing a large application portfolio. Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, supply chain, commercial, and other functional leaders. Experience managing software vendors, contracts, and implementation partners. Experience supporting applications in a manufacturing environment, including working with plant, operations, quality, EHS, maintenance, and supply chain stakeholders. Comfort building a function and team from a limited starting point, with a willingness to stay hands‑on when needed. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA is essential; experience with SAP RISE is strongly preferred. Experience transitioning application support to a managed services partner, ideally following a carve‑out, divestiture, or merger. Background in manufacturing, with strong preference for chemicals, specialty materials, refining, or another process industry where SAP and related applications support plant operations, quality, EHS, maintenance, and supply chain execution. Additional valued experience with SAP IBP, SAP Concur, SAP Master Data Governance, SAP Business Technology Platform, and Salesforce. Experience in a private equity‑owned or sponsor‑backed company. What We Are Looking For A business‑facing technology leader who builds trust quickly, listens carefully, and can translate between executive priorities, functional needs, and technical delivery. Someone who can bring order, accountability, and clear decision‑making to an application landscape that has grown without a single owner. A pragmatic leader who can set priorities, make trade‑offs, and say no to good ideas that do not pay for themselves or fit the roadmap. A hands‑on leader who can operate effectively in a small team, balancing strategic direction with practical execution when needed. A team builder who can identify strong internal talent, supplement with the right external hires, and create a culture of ownership, service, and business partnership. Someone comfortable leading through a mixed model of internal employees, managed services partners, software vendors, and implementation teams, with a clear view of what stays in‑house and what partners should handle. Location and Travel Based at Ketjen's headquarters in Houston, Texas. Travel to manufacturing sites and business locations as needed to support functional stakeholders. Benefits of Joining Ketjen Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally. AS PART OF OUR GLOBAL TEAM, YOU’LL EXPERIENCE: Competitive compensation and benefits Hands‑on technical experience Job variety and career flexibility Collaboration with seasoned employees at every level A proven record of innovation Company‑wide focus on economic and environmental sustainability Deep commitment to our communities, education, and social development Concern and compassion for fellow employees Among the best safety records in the industry EEO is The Law. Director of Product - New York City (New York)

Small Door is membership-based veterinary care designed with human standards that is better for pets, pet parents, and veterinarians alike. We designed and delivered a reimagined veterinary experience via a membership that includes exceptional care, 24/7 telemedicine, and transparent pricing – delivered with modern hospitality in spaces designed by animal experts to be stress‑free. We opened our flagship location in Manhattan's West Village in 2019 and have quickly expanded across the East Coast. Small Door now operates in New York City, Boston, Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia with continued expansion plans in 2026. This is the fifth company that Small Door’s founders have been involved in building. In building Small Door, they partnered with the people responsible for beloved consumer experiences like Warby Parker and Sweetgreen, in addition to healthcare innovators such as One Medical, CityMD and Flatiron Health. Small Door has raised capital from Lerer Hippeau, Primary Ventures, Brand Foundry, Toba Capital, and Pentland Group. The broader management team brings experience from Casper, One Medical, Soulcycle, Warby Parker, Sweetgreen, Peloton, Gilt Groupe, Lightspeed, and Outbrain. The Director of Product reports directly to the VP of Data and Technology and owns the product function end to end. This role can be based in New York City or Montreal. We are seeking a senior, hands‑on Director of Product to own our consumer and staff‑facing product portfolio, spanning our website, mobile app, booking, membership management, internal applications, and telehealth, and to lead the product workstreams as we bring our newly combined practice groups together. Two strong businesses are becoming one, and the product decisions made over the next year will shape what that company looks like. Few product roles offer that kind of leverage this early. This is an end‑to‑end role. You will take a problem from discovery through to what ships, and you will do it hands‑on. We expect you to make full use of AI tools like Claude to move quickly: building functional prototypes that make an idea concrete, working through options with stakeholders, and staying in the loop across the entire SDLC rather than handing work off at each stage. You will not be doing this alone. Our engineering and data team is senior and close to the business. The good work here happens with a product person and an engineer in the same room, early, before anyone has decided what to build. Strong product judgment here shows up in two places: in the room with doctors, nurses, practice managers, and leadership at every level, where you learn what is really happening, and on the page, where you make the case for what we do about it. You should be comfortable writing the memo that sets product direction and ties it to the goals and KPIs the company is measured on. What You’ll Do Own the consumer product portfolio end to end — website, mobile app, booking, membership management, practice extension, telehealth, pharmacy/refill — from discovery and specs through QA, rollout, and post‑launch measurement Lead product workstreams for the integration of our newly combined practice groups: systems and product reconciliation, integration roadmap, and day‑to‑day coordination with the incoming product and ops teams Own the what and the why for the product, partnering with technology leadership — who own the how — to co‑own the when, and collaborate with them to establish engineering prioritization frameworks Drive monetization and conversion: design, ship, and analyze pricing, packaging, and funnel experiments; own upgrade paths from pay‑as‑you‑go to membership Own the marketing website: ship pages and changes directly (AI‑assisted React stack), run new‑practice landing pages and lead capture, and partner with marketing on SEO and web performance Build staff‑facing product with ops, medical, and member‑experience leadership: internal PMS tooling, AI‑assisted workflow automation, intake and auditing systems — including judgment calls on medically sensitive automation Be your own analyst: SQL against production data, FullStory funnels, experiment statistics; co‑run the data‑intake and BI prioritization process with the data team Partner with the technology team to co‑own vendor relationships (PMS, AI scribe, voice AI), covering evaluations and contract renewals Run the product operating cadence: roadmap reviews, launch comms and ops memos, practice‑facing office hours, and the cross‑functional strategy forum Work as a partner to the engineering team throughout the SDLC, from ideation through delivery and support Who You Are A senior, hands‑on “builder PM” — someone who ships working prototypes (and some production web code) with AI tools for user acceptance purposes, does their own QA, and runs their own analysis rather than routing everything through engineering and data Someone who treats technology as a peer function, not a resource pool: you own the product and its functional direction, you do not own engineering’s time. You have a track record of working shoulder to shoulder with engineering leadership as equals with separate perspectives and a shared goal AI‑native by default: you use AI coding and analysis tools daily — that leverage is how one person covers this scope A strong writer: POV memos, one‑pagers with quantified impact models, exec‑ready shareouts Comfortable operating inside a clinical business: you can negotiate workflows with doctors, nurses, and practice managers, and you know when automation needs a human in the loop Fluent in experimentation: you can design an A/B/n test, catch a randomization bug, and make a ship/revert call from the data Nice‑to‑haves: multi‑site consumer services or healthcare background, M&A and integration exposure, and familiarity with our stack (Braze, FullStory, LaunchDarkly, Vetspire) What You’ll Get Competitive salary Equity ownership Health, dental vision insurance Upward mobility and growth opportunities Generous paid‑time off, parental leave, and company wide holidays Growth opportunities An opportunity to make a real impact on the people around you A collaborative group of people who live our core values and have your back Small Door is proudly committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace. We encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to apply to appropriate employment opportunities. J-18808-Ljbffr
