Enforce stringent safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all project personnel. Profile Minimum of five years as a successful Construction Superintendent in commercial construction. Wood-frame experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience in the trades Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate project implementation.
