Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices. Perform safe hand-offs using SBAR and bedside reporting. Maintain certifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri or compact license. Certifications: Required: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire. Preferred: ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and others as applicable. Experience: Previous RN experience required; Women's Health experience preferred but not mandatory.
