Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in film production, photography, communication, or a related field; or minimum of 5 years of experience in video and photo shoot production, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading production teams, with excellent leadership and mentorship skills. Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, on-set management, and post-production workflows. Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video and photo production. Skills and Attributes: Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to negotiate with partners and vendors.
