Key Responsibilities Lead multiple industrial electrical construction projects through every phase of execution Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, cash flow projections, and financial performance Direct Project Managers, field leadership, and project support staff to ensure successful project delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Review contracts, negotiate change orders, and manage project risk throughout the construction lifecycle Monitor project performance to ensure schedule adherence, quality standards, profitability, and client satisfaction Champion a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance across all assigned projects Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution Provide executive leadership with accurate project reporting, forecasting, and performance updates Mentor and develop emerging project management professionals within the organization Requirements Extensive experience managing electrical construction projects is required Electrical contracting experience is mandatory Experience leading large industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion Military installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not required Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes Experience using Microsoft Office and construction project management software Benefits Competitive base salary of $135,000–$185,000 , commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer contributions Paid vacation, holidays, and paid time off Professional development and leadership advancement opportunities Stable backlog of challenging industrial electrical construction projects Opportunity to join one of the Pacific Northwest's most respected electrical contractors with an outstanding reputation for quality and long-term employee success
