Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting in-person site visits. Competitive, driven personality with a proven record of achieving sales or performance targets. Financial acumen — able to discuss lease terms, ROI, and deal structures confidently.
