Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes and sales workflows. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy decisions. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 7 years of relevant experience in a sales strategy, analytical, or business management role. Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda. Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in financial services, wealth management, or affluent banking. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Experience building or scaling a new business or initiative.
