The Department is responsible for the construction and general maintenance of Township roads, parks, and properties. The position requires, experience in the operation of equipment including but not limited to dump trucks, backhoe, loaders, tractors, attachments, and the use of a variety of hand and power tools. The qualified individual should have knowledge of construction/maintenance. A current Class A CDL license is required. The individual must be available FOR ON-CALL WINTER MAINTENANCE AND evening/weekend hours may be required FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR EVENTS. The Assistant Store Manager is required to perform a combination of the following duties during 95 percent of their day. Sanitize and maintain poultry holding tanks and care for birds as required. Assist customers with loading purchases. Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties. Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
