Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Nurse Practitioner at CenterWell Senior Primary Care applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Nurse Practitioner reports to the South Carolina Assosicate Medical Director and you will provide health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. You will Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provide treatment. You will advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises knowledge on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works independently, Uses requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. You will be working on-site at our Fairwold. Clinic with a full-time Monday-Friday schedule. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications a Bachelor's degree 8 or more years of technical experience 2 or more years of project leadership experience Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state This is a patient facing role requiring a Tuberculosis Screening. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone South Carolina License South Carolina DEA License Preferred Qualifications Masters in Science of Nursing /PA Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
