Family Office Analyst (New York)

Our Firm Companies and investment firms built today are scaling faster than at any time in history, but the founders and investors building the defining businesses of our era face a paradox: the more value they create, the faster the demands and complexity of their own financial lives compound. Santa Barbara Management was founded by a small group of accomplished business builders and investors who lived this problem first-hand and decided to solve it. To make this vision a reality, we have reimagined the family office experience from first principles, relentlessly questioning industry norms. At Santa Barbara Management, we engineer wealth for exceptional builders and their families. Our innovative model has been painstakingly designed to deliver a fully-integrated, client-aligned solution that combines investments, tax, trusts and estates, financial operations, and strategic finance under one roof, within one team. We have built our firm to be the trusted advisory platform we wish we had as we navigated some of the most complex and consequential financial decisions of our lives. Today, we serve some of the most accomplished founders and investors of our time, and we're just getting started. The Role Santa Barbara Management is growing quickly and the families we serve are among the most sophisticated in the country. We believe the best family office work looks nothing like the industry standard, and we actively seek out innovative approaches to client service, ones that give our clients and our team deeper visibility into the decisions that shape their financial lives and push the boundaries of what a family office can deliver. At SBM, the Family Office Analyst role is a foundational member of a close-knit client delivery pod, supporting the Family Office Associate and Family CFO in serving a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families across their full financial landscape. This role is based in our New York office and is designed as the entry point into our family office career track. From day 1, you will work directly alongside experienced practitioners on client profiles more complex than most analysts see years into their career. For high performers, this is the first step on an advisory track: Analysts who perform at a high level build toward Family Office Associate, then roles like Family CFO or Trust and Estates Advisor, as their expertise grows. What You'll Do Deliver on the Details Help build and maintain the full financial picture for each client, assisting with balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and tax, trust and estate reporting Prepare the data behind quarterly client reviews, checking accuracy and consistency before it ever reaches the client Own money movement and bill pay for ultra-high-net-worth families, where precision and timing carry real stakes Support the Client Experience Serve as a critical checkpoint across client accounts, catching discrepancies before they reach the client Tackle bespoke projects for clients, including financial analysis, personal administration, and research Handle some of the most sensitive financial information in the country with total discretion and sound judgment Grow, Build and Push What’s Possible Build a working knowledge of taxes, portfolio construction, asset classes, and investment products directly from the Family Office Associate and Family CFO you support Cultivate a foundational understanding of trust and estate planning principles, including gifting, promissory notes, and trust and will development Bring curiosity to how technology and AI are reshaping wealth management, and contribute ideas as you learn the workflow Who You Are You are early in your career and looking for a role that will actually stretch you. Whether your background is in finance, accounting, or a related field, you have built a strong foundation and are ready to put it to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You are energized by the idea of learning from people who have done this at the highest level, and you want exposure to complex client work most analysts do not see until years into their career. You bring a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a bias toward action. You lean into ambiguity, bring a no-task-is-too-small mentality to everything you do, and are forward thinking about how work gets done. You are detail-oriented and take real pride in work that is accurate and delivered on time. You want to be part of the conversations that shape how this firm operates and you do not accept the status quo just because it is familiar. What We Look For Finance Foundation: 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, ideally with a bachelor's degree and strong academic performance. Exposure to wealth management, family office services, or client-facing work is a plus but not required. Analytical Rigor and Inventive Mindset: You are fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and comfortable learning new systems quickly. You manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy, even when priorities shift. You're AI-pilled and have an appetite for finding better ways to do things with the incredible tools at your disposal. Commitment to Client Partnership: You communicate clearly and professionally, follow through on every commitment, and bring energy and care to every task, no matter how small. You have a strong desire to both build and advise, not just one or the other. What We Offer Opportunity to Build Something Different: Santa Barbara Management is reimagining a significant, under-innovated category of financial services. The people who join us now will help shape how we serve our clients, how we build our platform, what this firm becomes, and will have an opportunity to help redefine how this industry works. Exceptional Colleagues: Join an ambitious and exceptionally talented team led by people who have built category-leading businesses before. The bar is high, and that's the point. We move quickly, are highly collaborative, and care deeply about creating an environment where we make each other better every day. Meaningful Scope, Real Impact: SBM is growing quickly. There are no small roles, there's no entrenched hierarchy, and the opportunities for professional growth are significant. A Culture That Takes Care of Its People: Competitive compensation, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid parental leave for all parents, unlimited paid vacation, and an annual learning and development stipend. We apply the same standard of excellence to how we treat our team as we do to how we serve our clients. The Conditions to Do Your Best Work: This role is based in our New York office. We work together in person because the best ideas and the strongest cultures are built in the same room. We also trust our people to manage their time and energy like the professionals they are. Compensation at SBM reflects the unique background and experience each person brings to the role. The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000-95,000. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which, for high performers, can represent a substantial part of total compensation. Santa Barbara Management is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or any other legally protected status. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any of the above characteristics. Santa Barbara Management is enrolled in E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new employees. We are not accepting candidate submissions from external recruiting firms or agencies for this role at this time.

Director of Operations (Norton Shores)

Position Summary: Owns the performance of the plant: what gets made, how safely, how well, how fast, and at what cost. Day-to-day production runs through the Plant Manager, raw materials and inventory through the Purchasing & Materials Manager, and equipment through the Plant Engineer. This role sets direction for all three and is accountable for the result. The job is not to hold the plant steady. Seal Bond expects the operation to be measurably better each quarter than it was the quarter before, and this role owns that improvement agenda — finding where the plant loses safety, yield, throughput, or margin, and closing those gaps with projects that stick. The Director of Operations is also the link between the production team and the executive team. Executive priorities get translated into work the floor can actually execute; floor reality gets carried back up unfiltered. Decisions in both directions are made on what is best for the company, not on what is easiest to explain in either room. Primary Responsibilities: Safety Own plant safety performance and set the expectation that no production target justifies an unsafe shortcut Lead incident investigation to root cause, and verify corrective actions are still in place months later Maintain training, PPE, hot work, lockout/tagout, forklift certification, and contractor safety programs Keep the plant audit-ready for MIOSHA and customer/ISO audits rather than preparing for them after they are scheduled Quality Own finished product quality and the systems that produce it: batch accuracy, in-process checks, packaging and labeling verification, lot traceability Drive yield performance, and treat every batch that misses spec as a process question rather than an operator question Reduce batch building errors and packaging/labeling errors through process design, verification steps, and training, not through added inspection alone Partner with R&D on new product scale-up so formulas transfer to production cleanly the first time Own corrective action on customer quality complaints end to end Production and Throughput Set production schedules that balance customer commitments, batch sequencing, and equipment constraints Improve output per hour at the constraint, currently the mixing and cartridge filling cells, rather than optimizing stations that are not limiting the plant Manage labor deployment and staffing levels against actual demand Own equipment uptime and preventive maintenance through the Plant Engineer Materials and On-Time Delivery Ensure raw materials are available to support the schedule without carrying inventory the business does not need Own on-time shipment performance from order release through the dock Work with Sales on realistic commitments, and get early warning to customers when a date is at risk Continuous Improvement Maintain a visible, prioritized project pipeline with owners, target dates, and quantified expected benefit Report results against the projected benefit, including the projects that did not work Build the discipline into the team so improvement continues without the Director personally driving each project, including facilitating weekly meetings Adopt tools and automation where they reduce error or effort, including the reporting and data systems already in place Reporting and Compliance Maintain and submit third-party records as required by OSHA, EGLE, customers, etc. Record keeping and documentation of processes as defined in the Seal Bond Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Cost and Margin Own the operations-controlled inputs to gross margin: material yield, scrap and rework, labor cost per unit, packaging cost, raw material costs and freight decisions within Operations Understand product-level cost and know which products actually earn their margin Bring cost reduction ideas forward with the analysis attached Maintain relationships with key suppliers including negotiations and supply contracts Team Leadership and Development Build a production team that performs when the Director is not in the building Develop the three direct reports into stronger managers, and build bench strength below them Set clear expectations, address performance directly and early, and hold a consistent standard across shifts and departments Recruit, onboard, and retain production talent in a tight local labor market Qualifications: Required 7 years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership, including managing managers Demonstrated ownership of safety, quality, and production performance for a plant or major department Track record of continuous improvement projects with quantified, sustained results Working knowledge of quality management systems and root cause methodology Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull and analyze data independently in Excel, and to work with Access, SQL, or comparable query tools Able to present clearly in writing and visually, including Word documents and PowerPoint presentations suitable for an executive or board audience Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, chemistry, business, or equivalent experience Preferred Batch process manufacturing experience: chemical, coatings, adhesives, sealants, or similar Experience in a regulated or ISO-certified environment ERP experience, particularly production and inventory modules Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent formal improvement training Experience scaling a plant through growth rather than only managing steady state EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, military status, protected veteran status, marital status, gender identity or expression, transgender status, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic under applicable law. Administrative Assistant (Vienna)

Executive Mosaic is looking for an organized, highly motivated Administrative Assistant to manage daily office tasks and support our President and CEO and the wider organization. You will help keep our office running smoothly by handling employee requests, while assisting the President and CEO with communications, organizing data, meetings and scheduling. We run a flat organization. Even at our size, the President and CEO receives a high volume of inbound email and requests for information, from employees here and internationally as well as from our membership. Key Responsibilities • Communication: Help the President and CEO keep email organized and respond to urgent requests. Field inbound questions from employees and members, answer what you can, and batch the rest into clear daily, weekly, and monthly escalations. • Scheduling: Manage the President and CEO's calendar, book appointments, and coordinate team meetings. • Meeting Support and Action Item Tracking: Attend six recurring weekly meetings, (Four hours and fifteen minutes in total): Turn the notes from these meetings into clear action items, then track those items week over week as they are delegated across the company and follow up until they are closed out.
