Proactively communicate delivery status, delays, or issues to customers, the Store Manager, and internal teams. Store Operations Assist with store operations: opening/closing, ID checks, POS transactions, and inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders. Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. Support store operations as a Store Associate when not on delivery, based on business needs. Sales & Performance Consistently meet or exceed daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge. Highlight promotions and complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed on product updates and promotions for a seamless customer experience. Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment. What Youll Bring: High school diploma or GED. Per state compliance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years old. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
