Your Responsibilities Will Include: Performing comprehensive dental hygiene care (scaling, polishing, and prophylaxis) Educating patients with empathy and evidence-based knowledge Taking and developing dental radiographs Assisting the dentist during procedures, as needed Maintaining accurate health records and treatment notes Following strict infection control and sterilization protocols Staying current with industry advancements and certifications What We're Looking For Valid Michigan RDH license Nitrous Oxide Certification (required) Local Anesthesia Certification (preferred) CPR certification (current) Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills A passion for building trust with patients Bonus: Experience with Curve dental software About Willow River Dental Willow River Dental was created with a vision to be more than just a dental office - we're a true dental home focused on helping people feel confident by building relationship and treating them like family.
