Position Responsibilities Maintain the overall cleanliness of our Naples warehouse including sweeping, mopping and dusting. Process trash removal and box scraps with a compactor. Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other equipment. Assist special projects, performing general labor to support warehouse operations as needed. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred. Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs. Accounting Supervisor Our client is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to manage the day-to-day functions of their accounting department. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing reporting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The Accounting Supervisor will provide leadership to a team of accountants supporting multiple business units nationwide, while also partnering with leadership to drive efficiency and strengthen internal controls. Primary Responsibilities of The Accounting Supervisor The Accounting Supervisor will and manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities. Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and complete reporting. Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company resources. Coordinate with external tax advisors by preparing schedules, compiling documentation, and responding to requests. Supervise, coach, and evaluate accounting team members to support their professional growth. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve department efficiency. Partner with other departments to provide financial insights and resolve accounting-related issues. Build strong cross-departmental relationships to support organizational initiatives.
