Excellent litigation skills, including experience in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and arguing motions. 5. Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. 7.
