As a Community Services Liaison, you will spend your time reaching out to Social Workers, Case Managers, medical offices, doctors, and skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, hospitals to talk about their current personal and home health needs, take time to understand what they are looking for, and offer competitive, accurate services for their needs. You will also manage relationships with existing clients, stay up to date with industry trends, and maintain a good working knowledge of all products and services offered to be a true resource for our clients. The ideal candidate has demonstrable sales experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to absorb and retain complex information.
