additional state admission a plus) 10 years of employment and labor law experience, including significant time at a law firm and in‑house, ideally at a technology company, marketplace, or global consumer business Demonstrated experience leading an employment law function or team, including managing outside counsel relationships and litigation portfolios Deep substantive expertise across wage‑and‑hour law, discrimination and harassment law, leave and accommodation law, labor relations, and workforce classification, with working knowledge of international employment frameworks (EU, UK, and other markets where StubHub operates) Experience advising a public company or preparing a company for public‑company employment law standards, including human capital disclosure requirements Track record of building or significantly modernizing employment policies, training programs, and compliance infrastructure from the ground up Experience partnering with Total Rewards or Compensation teams on pay equity and pay transparency compliance Sound, practical judgment — able to distinguish real risk from theoretical risk and give the business a clear path forward, not just a list of concerns Excellent communicator, able to explain complex legal concepts to executives, managers, and employees at every level Comfortable operating with both strategic altitude and hands‑on execution;
