Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability and maintainability engineering within a heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or manufacturing environment. Strong data analytics, mathematical, and statistical skills with experience evaluating failure data. Experience performing DFMEA and other reliability analyses (5 years preferred for advanced DFMEA expertise). Strong understanding of vehicular systems and system integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to operate in a customer-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models. Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally (less than 10%). Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a W2 employee.
