Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Proven expertise in directing all facets of site infrastructure, including earthwork, utilities and paving operations for large, scaled multifamily and mixed-use projects or projects valued at up to 100M. The ideal candidate will bring strong on-site leadership, coordination skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction operations, with demonstrated ability to support and manage project phases that include site development and infrastructure work, while coordinating effectively with internal teams, consultants, and trade contractors. Skills Required: 10 years of commercial construction experience specializing in Horizontal Construction Management for large scaled multifamily and mixed-use developments.
