Clinical Nurse Leader - Cardiac Care Program (Hiring Immediately)
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Saint Francis Hospital – Hartford, CT Full-Time | Days | 40 Hours per Week Overview Saint Francis Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Unit , a newly renovated 32-bed unit and nationally recognized Center of Excellence for Heart Failure . This leadership role supports patients with acute and chronic CHF , AFib, CAD, STEMI, pacemaker/ICD placements, and future LVAD services . The Nurse Leader I provides frontline leadership, operational oversight, and staff support while promoting evidence-based care and a respectful, healing environment.
