Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Marietta, GA Agency: Olaro Pay: $1,758 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join our surgical services team. As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through surgical procedures-before, during, and after the operation-ensuring safety, precision, and comfort at every step. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating room and surgical instruments, verifying patient identity and surgical site, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons throughout procedures. You may serve as a scrub nurse, directly handling instruments, or as a circulating nurse, managing workflow and documentation while advocating for the patient. This role requires strong critical thinking, technical skill, and a calm demeanor under pressure. You'll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs, often working long hours in high-stakes situations where teamwork and attention to detail are paramount.
