Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow assigned customer accounts across Central and Southern Missouri Develop new business opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, utility, and commercial sectors Serve as a technical advisor to customers, understanding applications and recommending repair or replacement solutions Conduct customer site visits to identify service and equipment needs Prepare quotes and proposals in coordination with internal service and engineering teams Build strong relationships with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing contacts Track opportunities, customer activity, and forecasts in CRM or internal systems Meet or exceed sales revenue and margin goals What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus plan Compensation for this role is based on knowledge, skill, and ability.
